HIT IT = HIIT = High-Intensity Interval Training

HIT IT is another way to say HIIT and stands for high-intensity interval training, though in this class you control the intensity.  You can make the class as hard as you would like.  The class will have a variety of stations that target the major muscle groups of the body.  The stations will vary from class to class but can include strength training involving dumbbells, med balls, weighted bars, resistance bands, body weight movements, agility training, plyometrics, and core exercises. 

The constant variations of the exercises will leave your muscles guessing.
