50's Jitterbug Dance

Dance instructor Tim Pattison is excited to be teaching the 50’s Jitterbug Dance!  Jitterbug is a fast-paced swing dance useful for many styles of up-tempo music, including country western and big band music.  Come alone or bring a friend and join Tim at the Y to learn, or enhance, this fun dance.  Partners are NOT required.  Please bring clean shoes that will not damage the floor.

When: Fridays, October 5, 12, and 19, 7:30-9:00 p.m.

Fee: $30 for YMCA Members, $40 for Non-Members, $75/couple                                                                

ADVANCED REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT IS REQUESTED!   Minimum 15 required. 

Tim Pattison has been teaching people to dance since 1983. He has taught in Butte at both the Uptown Y and The Family Fitness Center.  Tim has been invited to teach for the Spokane Swing Dance Club and he has been a guest instructor at the Black Hills Dance Festival in SD, the Rocky Mountain Regional Dance Festival in WY, the Can-Am Kickoff in ND and Get Up And Dance Workshop in Billings.
