Personal Fitness is a Y certified program that is designed for the "not regularly active". The class promotes exercise as good health, and it is personal, flexible, and user-friendly and designed for beginners who can progress at their own level. It is easy to get started and includes orientation to weight machines strengthening muscles and bones, and cardio for better cardiovascular fitness. Stretching exercises are included. The class is one-on-one assistance. The program includes fitness and nutritional information.
