R.I.P.P.E.D. stand for Resistance (working the smaller muscles first bicp triceps and shoulders), Intervals (includes active recovery with cardio boosts), Power (working the bigger muscles chest, back and legs to the beat of the music), Plyometrics (sports agility training), Endurance (shadow boxing), and Diet companents to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable, and extremely effective for any fitness level. Each component of the workout provides a uniquely different emphasis or system response, so your body never gets accustomed to the constantly changing format - come ready to be challenged! This class is for every fitness level and it comes with a fitness evaluation before and after. It has different routines about every 6 weeks and we mix it up sometimes and do some from the past. The music is great and everything is done to the beat of the music, really easy to follow.
